Jennifer is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific and a member of the Aon Executive Committee. She is responsible for leading Aon\u2019s strategic direction in the region to deliver distinctive value for clients across solution lines.<\/p>\n
Jennifer joined Aon in 2011 and served most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Australia where she fostered key client relationships and embedded the firm’s 3×3 Plan to accelerate growth and capabilities across Risk Capital and Human Capital. Jennifer\u2019s background in specialist risk encompassing areas such as climate, cyber, D&O and M&A, gives her a unique perspective on emerging risks with a focus on delivering solutions to enable clients to better protect and grow their businesses.<\/p>\n
A member of Aon\u2019s Global Inclusive Leadership Council, Jennifer is committed to building and inspiring high-performing teams and creating a culture of inclusivity where all Aon colleagues are empowered to reach their full professional potential.<\/p>\n
Prior to joining Aon, she held several senior management roles at AIG in its Financial Institutions and M&A businesses in North America. Before moving into the insurance industry, Jennifer practiced corporate and securities law at Sidley Austin LLP in New York City.<\/p>\n
