Gladstone Claim Executive of the Year<\/a> honoree!<\/p>\n<p>On September 3, we had the privilege of joining friends and colleagues from across the industry in New York City for the annual <strong>Claim Executive of the Year (CEY) Awards Dinner<\/strong>, which PLUS proudly sponsored. The evening was all about coming together to recognize Jay\u2019s outstanding leadership, deep expertise, and unwavering commitment to the claims profession.<\/p>\n<p>Since its founding in 2014, the CEY Dinner has become a beloved tradition in our industry. Renamed in 2021 to honor past honoree <strong>Steven J. Gladstone<\/strong>, the event shines a spotlight on the often-unsung contributions of claims professionals\u2014leaders whose creativity, judgment, and dedication make a lasting impact on the insurance industry and beyond. Jay embodies everything this award represents. A longtime PLUS member, he served as <strong>PLUS President in 2023<\/strong>, spent four years on our <strong>Executive Committee<\/strong>, and continues to shape our community as a <a href=\"https:\/\/plusweb.org\/about\/board-of-trustees\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">member of the Board of Trustees<\/a>. His leadership and generosity of spirit have strengthened PLUS and inspired countless colleagues along the way.<\/p>\n<p>In true CEY tradition, the event also supported a cause close to Jay\u2019s heart. Net proceeds were donated to the Alzheimer\u2019s Association NYC Chapter, which provides essential services to the 426,500 New Yorkers living with Alzheimer\u2019s and the more than 543,000 caregivers who walk alongside them. Jay\u2019s choice reflects his compassion and commitment to making a difference far beyond our industry.<\/p>\n<p>We couldn\u2019t be prouder to celebrate Jay\u2019s well-deserved recognition.
