Prior to joining Conning, Bill was the head of reinsurance loss reserving at Everest Re. Bill has served as the chief actuary at two medical professional liability companies and is a frequent speaker at industry conferences. In 2019, he was appointed to an advisory panel that will provide counsel on financial risk resulting from the US healthcare systems transition from fee-for-service to value-based reimbursement.
