The award honors the exceptional achievements of young professionals who have demonstrated remarkable excellence in their respective fields and within the professional liability insurance industry. It is given to three individuals annually who exhibit exceptional attributes and great potential to lead and shape the future of professional liability.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Mr. Peterson specializes in Public Company D&O insurance where he applies his analytical skills and extensive experience to drive innovation and help underwriters solve complex problems. He began his insurance career over a decade ago and his many years of handling complex accounts has truly deepened his industry expertise. He is active within PLUS serving on various committees, including the FuturePLUS Leadership Committee, which he chaired in 2023, and he is also a member of the mentorship program.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Beyond her professional role, she serves as Co-chair for the Hispanic Organization of Leaders at Marsh (HOLA) and is an active member of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA).<\/span> Additionally, she contributes to the DEI subcommittee for the PLUS Foundation, reflecting her commitment to community engagement.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
