It delineates and explains the various EPL exposures brought about by discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment and retaliation. The module outlines current workplace torts and new types of EPL claims on the horizon. Federal and state laws that govern employment practices are enumerated. Key factors impacting the rating and underwriting of EPLI, key policy provisions and nuances in EPLI policies are reviewed.
