Jenelle is a certified risk management professional with 15 years of hospital-based risk management experience. She joined the Coverys Risk Management & Analytics team in 2020 and led their staff development committee, onboarding team, and newcomer\u2019s engagement team. Jenelle is a member of the Coverys DEI advisory council and leads their BIPOC Resource Group. Jenelle earned her Doctorate in Human Services by designing a training program to help leadership identify and mitigate employee burnout.
