It further explains how to analyze Media PLI policies and the pertinent underwriting factors. A sample application to evaluate Media PL exposures is provided. The claims process, unique aspects of claims, and key defense considerations are described. This is followed by a discussion of risk management and the various programs that can help media professionals manage their professional liability exposures.
